1. Overview of the Service

ManaSangham is a web platform designed for Ganesh Utsav organizers, Ganesh Mandals, and community Sanghams to create, customize, and host mobile-responsive Ganesh/Ganpati festival websites (available at /a/[handle]). Within our underlying technical architecture, each registered festival portal or mandal is managed as an "association".

Public festival websites are managed and controlled by the respective mandal and sangham organizers. Organizers are solely responsible for the information, announcements, schedules, and photos published on their portals.

2. Account Registration and Security

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.
• You must promptly notify ManaSangham if you suspect unauthorized access or any security breach relating to your account.

3. Content Standards and User Responsibility

You retain full responsibility for all text, images, schedules, and contact data uploaded to your festival website. You agree that you will not upload, publish, or transmit any content that:

• Is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, harassing, hateful, or promotes violence against individuals or groups.
• Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other proprietary rights of any third party.
• Is fraudulent, misleading, impersonates another mandal, sangham, organization, or individual, or misrepresents your festival committee.
• Contains malicious code, scripts, or links intended to damage or disrupt software or hardware.

ManaSangham reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review, hide, or remove any content or suspend any account or website that violates these standards.

4. Intellectual Property & Content Rights

• Your Content: You retain all ownership rights in the content and media you upload to your festival website. By submitting content, you grant ManaSangham a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license solely to host, display, process, and distribute your content as necessary to operate your website.
• Platform IP: The ManaSangham design templates, layouts, software code, branding, logos, and UI elements are proprietary to ManaSangham and may not be copied, reproduced, or used outside the platform without prior written consent.

ManaSangham strives to maintain high availability and performance for hosted festival websites. However, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Temporary downtime or service interruptions may occur due to routine maintenance, updates, cloud provider outages, or network connectivity issues.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ManaSangham disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.

7. Account Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and take down your published festival website if you breach these Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activities. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account or association at any time.

8. Changes to Terms

We may periodically update these Terms of Service to reflect platform enhancements, operational changes, or legal requirements. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date". Continued use of the platform following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
